Going to Liberty University “College For A Weekend” in November? Meet up with the HS4CC Christian Colleges leader Shelley Cloutier for some fellowship and social time.
Liberty University offers an opportunity for a student to come and see what Liberty is all about. For 3 days, you can attend campus events, tour the campus, eat in their new dining hall, sit in on classes, and much more! Here is what they say:
At Liberty University’s College For A Weekend (CFAW), you can spend three days test-driving life as an LU student, exploring our state-of-the-art campus, and getting all your college questions answered. You’re anything but a typical student, so CFAW is anything but a typical college tour. Design your perfect college visit at Liberty University. Explore endless possibilities — all in one place.
This typically costs $50 to attend and covers all their food for the 3 days. The student can bring friends or family members with them although they are on their own for their meals. Travel expenses for airfare, rental car, bus, or train to the event can be applied to their tuition if they decide to enroll.
Shelley Cloutier, who is our HS4CC Christian Colleges Expert and moderator (also teaches our Liberty Univesity webinars) will be attending with her son on November 9-11th. This may be a great opportunity for some of our families to get together if time allows.
If you’re planning on going, take time to connect with Shelley! Details about the meet-up will be posted in our HS4CC Christian Colleges & Dual Enrollment Facebook Group.
