Degree Planning at Trine

As you may know, getting access to academic advising during high school is hard. Most colleges do not dedicate staff to dual enrollment because those students are not technically enrolled- it’s a tough spot for parents. While at Trine, your teen will have access to advising, but better still, Trine has created entire 30-credit Degree Pathways for students to start in high school that transfer perfectly into the degree at Trine. The full list is in the guide above ^ but here is an example:

These 30-credit pathways, like the Information Technology pathway shown above, are mapped to the DEGREE at the college. So these pathways nest inside perfectly. Note that you can complete 30 dual enrollment credits at Trine for only $1,500. Some students may have the academic ability to earn more than that. Add in a few CLEP exams, and when your teen graduates high school they will have 25-50% of this degree already behind them (and without debt). It’s much more affordable to pay for college when you’re only figuring out how to fund half of it!
