April 2025 Scholarships

Although March had an abundant supply of scholarships to apply for, so does April! MANY of the application deadlines are April 1, so hop to it quick like a bunny!

AEA Educational Foundation Scholarship Program

Description: Scholarships available to a high school senior or college student who plans to attend or is attending an accredited school in an avionics or aircraft maintenance program.

AFA Teen Alzheimer’s Awareness Scholarship

Sponsor: American Association of Blacks in Energy

Description: AFA’s Teen Alzheimer’s Awareness Scholarship provides educational funding to college-bound high school seniors who have been impacted by Alzheimer’s disease. Applicants are asked to write an essay (1,500 word maximum) or submit a video no more than 4 minutes long, describing the impact of Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia-related illness on themselves, their families or their communities, and what they have learned.

Gloria Barron Prize for Young Heroes

Description: Are you an 8 – 18 year-old who is currently leading or working on an inspiring service project? Alternatively, have you worked on one sometime in the past 12 months? If so, consider applying for the Gloria Barron Prize for Young Heroes!
