Could your Homeschooling for College Credit program use $250? We can help! Only 35 percent of our members live in a state with free dual enrollment and most families still pay out of pocket for dual enrollment, textbooks, AP classes, and other homeschool resources. Because of huge financial savings linked to earning college credit during high school, I wanted to create a simple way for our community to help each other.
I am excited to introduce the HS4CC Giving Back Facebook Group.
Here is how it works.
Members of the group each contribute 99 cents per month. At the end of each month, one family is selected by random drawing and receives the funds to use for educational support. The family may use the funds for dual enrollment, textbooks, AP classes, or other homeschool supplies they need.
To get us started:
- January and February awards will each be $250
- Beginning in March, the award will be the actual amount collected each month.
That means the larger the group grows, the more we are able to give back.
Participation is open to everyone.
- All subscribed group members are automatically entered
- Non-members may enter for free using the entry form linked in the group
No purchase is required to enter or to win.
This group is meant to be encouraging, transparent, and community-centered. One dollar on its own is small, but together it can make a meaningful difference for a family at exactly the right time.
I will include a link to join the HS4CC Giving Back Facebook Group, along with a link to the full official rules and free entry option.
This is simply one more way we can support each other as we work toward affordable, resourceful homeschool-to-college pathways.
