Unigo.com is an educational portal that connect students to scholarships, provides college profiles, reviews, and a college match service. In order to use this site and apply for their scholarships, a free account needs to be set up. It is a fairly simple process, requiring your name, email, and expected graduation date. After signing up, you can complete a profile, and they will match scholarships to your profile. They also have a monthly scholarship contest. Yes, even at 14 your child can apply for a scholarship. The scholarship award will “be in the form of a check made payable directly to the accredited post-secondary institution of higher education attended by the Scholarship Prize Recipient (once the Scholarship Prize Recipient has enrolled in an accredited post-secondary institution of higher education and submitted proof of enrollment to Sponsor).
